The hotel was excellent, we can recommend. It was in a great location super close to the cable car that can take you up to Furi or further up to Glacier express. Besides, it was near to the gondola, everything: mountain lifts, stores, restaurants, trains and bus stop. We truly enjoyed the breakfast...

The apartment is new with everything in working order. It is luxuriously fitted with a dishwasher, thermofan oven, and a Nespresso coffeemaker as well as a filter coffee machine. The apartment had two bedrooms and is very spacious. We had a fabulous time staying there.

I loved the location, close to the gondola and Matterhorn. I loved the layout of the rooms, the balcony, the breakfast area, the food, the staff.

Would be nice to have soap in the bathroom of some sort.

Very friendly owner family. They gave us an upgrade to a 66 square meter 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom appartment with fantastic views. Very nicely designed well furnished appartment. Villa Vanessa is located on a hill at the Matterhorn side of Zermatt. You enter the building through an impressive tunnel and elevator. Out of the busy center but only 6 minutes walking from there. Excellent location. On departure the owner, Mr. Julen took us in his e-mobile to the Zermatt trainstation saving us the cost of a taxi. We will stay there again.

Everything was awesome, great staff, lovely views of the mountains. Location: the hotel was near to the cable car station, the town centre and the ski lift. Visited Sparky's Bar & Restaurant for a few drinks, it was not too far away from the property, recommend. The room was cozy and incredible and the bathroom good...

This place is outstanding, cosy, and the couch is very comfortable.

The owner was extremely friendly, and very accommodating. The location was perfect in terms of the ski lift (5 mins) and access to the town was also roughly 5 mins walk. Overall it was very clean, and homely and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who asked

We felt as though we were bothering the staff when we had an inquiry, so we did not use the hotel as a resource.

The apartment was lovely. It was extremely clean, very modern and had a very homely feel. The receptionist was very welcoming and helped us with every question. We were snowboarding in Zermatt and this place was perfect for this. It has an excellent ski room in the basement with heated boot racks and was a 3 minute walk from the ski lifts to Furi. We will defnitely stay again and recommend to friends for summer skiing.
